SECTION: SHIPPING & DELIVERY


1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All Prime9 products are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product is being manufactured specifically based on the details provided at the time of purchase.

Production will not begin until final design approval (if applicable) and order confirmation are completed.


2. PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Production timelines for custom gloves are estimated at 6–8 weeks from final design approval.

These timelines are estimates only and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Order volume

  • Seasonal demand

  • Manufacturing conditions

  • Design complexity

Prime9 reserves the right to adjust production timelines as necessary. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.


3. SHIPPING TIMELINES

Once production is complete, orders will be prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

Estimated shipping transit times within the United States are 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. SHIPPING METHODS

Prime9 utilizes third-party carriers including, but not limited to:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Carrier selection is determined at the sole discretion of Prime9 based on order size, destination, and logistics.


5. TEAM AND ORGANIZATION ORDERS

For team, league, or organization-based orders, Prime9 reserves the right to:

  • Ship products in bulk to a designated team or organizational representative, or

  • Ship individual orders directly to customers

Shipping method and fulfillment structure will be determined during the order setup process.


6. ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate at the time of purchase, including:

  • Product size

  • Hand orientation

  • Customization details (name, number, logo, etc.)

  • Shipping address

Due to the custom nature of Prime9 products:

  • Order modifications may not be possible once production has begun

  • Prime9 is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer


7. DELAYS AND LIABILITY

Prime9 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Events outside of Prime9’s control

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, all responsibility for delivery timing lies with the carrier.


8. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Prime9 currently ships within the United States.

International shipping may be available upon request and is subject to additional fees, customs regulations, and extended delivery timelines.
