Yes. Every team receives a custom mockup before placing an order. This allows you to review colors, layout, and overall look before committing.
What customization options are available?
Prime9 custom gloves can include: Team colors, Logo placement on the strap, Optional player numbers, Optional player names. Our goal is to create a clean, professional design that represents your team.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Team orders typically start at 12 pairs. If your roster is smaller, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
How long do custom orders take?
Production and delivery timelines vary depending on order size and customization, but most team orders are completed within a few weeks after final approval.
How do we submit sizes for our team?
Once your design is approved, you'll submit a size breakdown for your team. We'll guide you through this process to ensure everyone gets the right fit.
What if we order the wrong sizes?
If sizing issues come up, we'll work with you to exchange unused gloves and make sure your players are properly fitted.
