- Custom orders require 100% payment before production; production begins only after payment and written approval.
- Because products are made specifically for this order, changes, cancellations, refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
- Digital mockups are visual representations; reasonable differences in color, material tone and print placement may occur in manufacturing.
- The customer confirms all sizes and quantities and is responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect sizing selections.
- The customer represents that it has permission to use all submitted names, logos and artwork.
- Quoted lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
