1. This signature approves every design, product code, colorway, logo, spelling, placement, size quantity, price and total in this order.
2. Custom orders require 100% payment before production; production begins only after payment and written approval.
3. Because products are made specifically for this order, changes, cancellations, refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
4. Digital mockups are visual representations; reasonable differences in color, material tone and print placement may occur in manufacturing.
5. The customer confirms all sizes and quantities and is responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect sizing selections.
6. The customer represents that it has permission to use all submitted names, logos and artwork.
7. Quoted lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
8. The customer will inspect the order promptly and report any shortage, damage or manufacturing concern.
